Create your own oral history project
This toolkit has been created as a brief and accessible introduction to how you might want to go about setting up and carrying out an oral history project.
It's based on the experiences of oral history projects in South Yorkshire and particularly the South Yorkshire Women in Industry Project that has run successfully from 2008 to 2009, charting the experiences of women in our region in a variety of industries through the twentieth century.
At the end of the toolkit are details of who to get in contact with and where to find more information to help you with your project.
