Kit Sollitt with work colleagues at Viners cutlery companyKit Sollitt worked for the famous Viners cutlery company during and prior to the Second World War. Kit was a French Polisher working on the wooden cases for canteens of cutlery. She also polished furniture for the Viner family at their home, Stoke Hall.
