Allyson Dakin Works at KP nuts Rotherham, she is also an active trade union member.
The KP nuts factory is still going strong and all KP nuts purchased anywhere in the world are packaged in South Yorkshire. Allyson has seen considerable change during the 40 years she has worked there. In this clip she talks about the effect of automation on the workforce.
